v2.2 introduces Organization Structure — a new way to model your real-world hierarchy inside Opus. The release also includes improvements across Discovery, Opus Chat, the Builder, and platform runtime.

Organization Structure

  • Org Levels: Model your organization’s hierarchy exactly as it is — define custom levels like Division, Department, or Team that mirror how your business actually operates.
  • Org Units: Populate every level with named units representing your real teams and departments. Opus finally knows where each user fits.
  • Org Chart: A visual, interactive view of your entire hierarchy at a glance. Drill into any unit to explore the structure nested beneath it.
  • Resource Linking: Tie business process workflows and other resources directly to the Org Unit that owns them. Accountability becomes instantly clear.
  • Filter by Org Unit or Level: Slice every list and view by Org Unit or Org Level to focus on exactly what’s relevant to your team or department.

Blueprint

  • Org Units on the Blueprint: The Blueprint now surfaces the owning Org Unit for every process — structure and ownership rendered in one striking view.
  • Default Scope and Filters: Open the Blueprint focused on what matters to you, and filter by Org Unit to zero in on a specific part of the business.

Discovery and Business Processes

  • v2.2-001 · Reliable Process Creation at Scale: Processes create and load reliably at high volume, with consistent visibility across listings.
  • v2.2-002 · Smooth Real-Time Editing: Arrow connections remain stable for all collaborators while a user types in the side drawer.
  • v2.2-003 · Edit Mode Permits Concurrent Connections: While one user edits a node’s fields, other collaborators can continue connecting nodes on the canvas in parallel.
  • v2.2-004 · Existing-Name Suggestions: The Performers, Departments, and Integrations fields suggest existing names as you type.
  • v2.2-005 · Teams Involved Tagging: The “Departments” field has been renamed to “Teams Involved” and now supports tagging multiple teams per process.
  • v2.2-008 · Editable Process Description: Descriptions can be added and edited directly on the Business Process Details page.

Builder

  • Sub-Workflow Creation in the Builder: Sub-workflows can now be created directly from the builder.
  • Tool Calling in Advanced Agents: Tool calling is fully supported for Advanced-type agents.
  • Variable IDs in Generated Code: Generated code uses variable IDs accurately.
  • Reliable Workflow Stop: Workflow execution stops cleanly when a run completes, and stops automatically when a node fails.
  • Precise Node Editing: Edits land precisely on the node you’re working on.
  • Faster Workflow Version Saving: Saving a new workflow version completes promptly.
  • Single Action Listings: Each action appears once in the list.
  • Persistent Prompt in Node Inspector: Prompts stay visible when the node inspector is expanded.
  • Code Node Library Awareness in Agent Chat: The Agent Chat panel respects the code node’s supported library list when generating code.
  • Filter Integrations by Workspace: Integrations can be filtered by workspace.
  • Clean Integration Status Layout: Integration status and timestamp sit cleanly side by side.
  • v2.2-009 · Independent Code Node Execution: Code Nodes execute independently — the outcome of one node no longer affects other Code Nodes running concurrently.
  • v2.2-010 · Code Node Reliability Under Heavy Load: Code Nodes complete reliably even when the system is under significant load.
  • v2.2-011 · Accurate Link Handling in Action Items: Action Items display and resolve link references accurately.
  • v2.2-012 · Accurate Tool Search in Advanced Agent: Searching for a tool within the Advanced Agent’s Tool Reference now returns the matching tool reliably.
  • v2.2-013 · Environment Variable Runtime Reliability: Environment Variables resolve consistently during workflow runtime.

Channels

  • v2.2-006 · Faster Speak-to-Type: Voice recording (speak-to-type) initiates more quickly, with noticeably reduced latency.
  • v2.2-007 · Smooth Speech Highlighting: Text highlighting flows smoothly in sync with Opus’s speech.
