Major
A broad update bringing AI-driven enhancements across Opus Chat and Discovery, deeper approval and collaboration controls in Business Process Discovery, a Process Details uplift, sub-workflow Human Interventions, and builder reliability improvements.

Governance

  • API Keys inherit the same role as user: API keys now inherit the exact roles and permissions of the user who generated them, scoped to their assigned workspaces. This replaces the previous organization-wide access model and ensures API keys never exceed the generating user’s own access level. Existing API keys have been automatically migrated, with no action required.

Builder

  • Sub-Workflows with Human Interventions: Sub-workflows now support Human Intervention steps, enabling richer human-in-the-loop orchestration across nested workflows.
  • Workspace Filtering: Workspace-level filtering is supported, with workflow counts reflecting the active filter.
  • Execution Settings Override: Workflow Execution Settings act as defaults for new nodes, with node-level settings taking priority when changed.
  • Execution Time Details: Workflow execution time visibility has been enhanced with detailed execution metrics.

Agents Marketplace and Playground

  • More Consistent Agent Output: Agent outputs are now more consistent across identical runs, with higher-end models delivering consistently high-quality output under comprehensive custom prompts.
  • Build Agents Interactive After Process Discovery: Build Agents remain fully interactive following Process Discovery redirection, supporting value entry, variable generation, and type changes.

Integrations Marketplace (Code and Integrations)

  • SharePoint Integration Extended: The SharePoint integration has been extended with additional functionality.

Discovery and Business Processes

  • Graph Rendering on Interview View: Graph rendering has been introduced for the Interview View, with path information surfaced directly on the view and correct landscape rendering of the process-view graph.
  • Real-Time Business Discovery Updates: Business Discovery updates reflect in real time across Canvas View and Interview View for newly signed-up users.
  • Canvas View Synced to Chat Step View: The Canvas View responds to the chat “step view” command with the correct focus and drawer behaviour.
  • Consolidated Notifications: The Canvas View header shows a single, consolidated notifications section, in sync with Interview View notifications and with de-duplicated session-join alerts.
  • Improved Organize Steps: The “Organize Steps” algorithm tidies steps cleanly.
  • Direct-Link Access: Business Process Discovery is reachable via a direct link.
  • Interview View UI and UX Uplift: The Interview View experience has been refreshed for clearer journey visibility and improved usability.
  • Decision Step on Canvas View Uplift: The Decision step on the Canvas View has been refreshed with improvements to clarity and configuration.
  • Full Approval Lockdown: Approval lockdown applies to all collaborators with a full ownership-change history; approved steps retain approval, the step list is locked against further additions, and the assignee is locked on the step card.
  • Per-User Undo/Redo: Undo/redo is scoped per user, with notifications to affected collaborators.
  • Post-Approval Automation: Cases can now be automated after assignee approval in Discovery.
  • Guided Restricted Access: Restricted users are guided to access Discovery solely via navigation.

Channels

  • Personalised Welcome on Opus Chat: Opus Chat now greets each user by name and invites them with “What would you like to discover?”
  • Voice Input on Opus Chat: Opus Chat now supports voice input with a clear idle state, active recording, and the ability to cancel or submit a recording.
  • Smarter AI Behaviours: AI behaviours have been refined for smarter handling of unmatched inputs, discovery, ambiguity, and deviation paths.
  • Decision-Step Rules: A defined rule set now governs how decision steps behave within a process.
  • Smarter File Handling: Supported file types now let the AI identify process content or prompt the user when needed.
  • Add and Reposition Steps via Chat: Decision steps can be added directly through Opus Chat, and tasks can be repositioned through the chat agent.
  • Safer Branching: Decision-task branching preserves existing conditions when a new branch is added.
  • Full-Process PNG Export: Chat-triggered PNG export captures the full process rather than only the visible area.

Workspace and Access Management

  • Workspace Members Filters and Sorting: The Workspace Members tab supports Status and Role filters and column sorting.
  • Improved Invitations and Verification: Users receive an email when invited to join one or several workspaces, plus a verification email when signing up for a specific organization.

Platform Performance

  • Enhanced Prompt to Process Performance: The performance of Prompt to Process has been improved.
