  **Discovery makes more of what you already have.** Upload your existing process documents and Opus reads them closely — keeping what belongs to your process, settling duplicate wording, filling in the owners a document supports, and grouping steps into named phases. Where two documents tell different stories, it asks you first, so the draft you get reflects how the process really runs. The same instinct carries into the conversation: describe a step that is really another team's process, and Opus offers to make it a sub-process — linking the one that already exists, or creating it ready for its owner to pick up. Either way you keep going without breaking out of the flow.

  Around that, the Code Node editor has been reworked, the discovery canvas has picked up keyboard shortcuts, and a Share Feedback control now sits on every major surface.

### Discover

* **v2.7-001 · Sub-Processes Without Leaving the Conversation:** When you describe a step that is really another team's process — you name the team, say you don't know what happens inside, or call it by name — Opus offers to mark it as a sub-process. From there it links the existing process if it can find one you have access to, or creates a new one for someone else to pick up, without redirecting you. Once a step is a sub-process, Opus stops asking what happens inside it and asks where your process picks back up instead.
* **v2.7-002 · Better Drafts From Your Documents:** Uploaded documents now go through a repair pass before Opus drafts anything. Steps belonging to unrelated departments are filtered out, near-duplicate wording is resolved, missing owners are inferred as a role or department only where the document supports it, and steps are grouped into named lifecycle phases. Contradictions **between** documents — a step with two different owners, or one documented in practice but absent from the official procedure — are raised one at a time before any draft appears, rather than being silently resolved.
* **v2.7-003 · Ask Opus What Is on the Canvas:** Request a summary of the process as it currently stands and Opus describes what is there — the domain it covers and its steps grouped into phases.
* **v2.7-004 · Keyboard Shortcuts on the Canvas:** The shortcuts for canvas actions are now discoverable from the canvas itself.
* **v2.7-005 · An Email When a Step Is Assigned to You:** Being assigned a step in a process now sends you an email, so work reaches you without your having to watch the canvas.
* **v2.7-006 · Assign Several Steps at Once From Chat:** Ask Opus Chat to assign a set of steps to someone and all of them are assigned together.
* **One Team per Step:** A step maps to a single team, keeping accountability for each step unambiguous.
* **Systems, Not Integrations:** Discovery consistently says "Systems" for the tools a process runs on, matching how the business describes them.
* **Notifications Say Who Assigned the Work:** A multi-step assignment notification names the person who assigned it.
* **v2.7-007 · The Speak Button Reads Only What You Asked For:** Playing a message aloud stops at the end of that message instead of continuing into the ones after it.
* **v2.7-008 · Clearer Wording on Step Actions:** The "Repositioned" action now says what it did.
* **v2.7-009 · A Clear Message When Colleagues Are Already in a Process:** Opening a process other people are working in explains what you are seeing, instead of a message that does not match the situation.
* **A Refreshed Canvas Toolbar:** The bottom toolbar on the discovery canvas has an updated design.
* **Attach Files From Chat:** "Add files" in chat opens the uploader directly.
* **Export the Canvas as an Image:** PNG and SVG exports of the process canvas complete successfully.
* **Approval Counts That Add Up:** Listing cards show approved and total step counts from a single source, so a count like "15 of 14" cannot occur.
* **Live Step Counts:** The step count on the Business Processes listing updates as steps are added and removed.

* **Decision Cards Stay Open:** Mapping a Then or Otherwise block keeps the decision card open so you can finish configuring it.
* **Process Links Work Across Organizations:** Opening a business process link while in a different organization takes you to the process.
* **Collaborators See the Process:** An invited user opening a business process sees its details rather than an empty page.
* **Approved Processes Stay Settled Once Automation Starts:** After automation has begun, steps cannot be edited through chat without explicitly reopening the process first.
* **Reliable Discovery on Large Processes:** Long or complex processes complete their conversation with Opus without interruption.

### Build

* **A Reworked Code Node Editor:** The code editor has been updated, and find-in-file works as expected inside it.
* **Custom Headers on Off-Platform Tasks and Reviews:** An off-platform task or review can carry an optional custom header, and its payload has been reduced so it travels efficiently.
* **Test a Step With Real Upstream Values:** Re-running a single node picks up the latest output from the nodes before it rather than a stale cached value.
* **Share Feedback Where You Are Working:** A Share Feedback control now sits on the discovery canvas, in Build chat, on the workflow canvas, in the discovery chat and interview, and in the global navigation, so a reaction reaches us from the surface that prompted it.
* **v2.7-010 · Caching Inside Loops:** Cached values are reused correctly across loop iterations.
* **v2.7-011 · Concurrent Workflows Stay Separate:** Two workflows running at the same time keep their outputs to themselves.
* **v2.7-012 · Conditional Steps Take One Branch:** A conditional step follows either its true or its false path, never both.
* **Human Tasks Run the Workflow You Saved:** A human task executes against the current saved state of the workflow.
* **Agent Models Kept Current:** The model selector on an agent node reflects the models actually available.

* **v2.7-013 · Honest Feedback When Re-inviting Someone:** Sending a fresh invitation to someone whose invitation is still pending now tells you what actually happened, instead of confirming success without sending anything.
* **v2.7-014 · Email Addresses Pasted From Anywhere:** Invisible characters that travel with an address copied out of a document or a chat message no longer stop an invitation reaching the right person.
* **v2.7-015 · API Key Creation on the Pro Plan:** Organizations on the Pro plan can create the API keys their plan includes.
* **Simpler Role Labels:** Organization Admin and Organization Member now read as Admin and Member.
* **Reuse the Names of Deleted Org Units:** A name freed by deleting an org unit can be used again.
* **Land in the Right Organization After an Invitation:** Accepting an org unit invitation takes you into the organization it belongs to.
* **Read-Only Access Clearly Marked:** Access Management distinguishes a read-only System Role from an editable one, and locked fields on an Org Unit no longer present an active-looking dropdown.
* **Consistent Required-Field Marking:** Creation modals mark their required fields the same way throughout Settings.
* **A Clearer Current-Page Indicator:** The marker for the page you are on in the Settings sidebar no longer reads as an unread notification.
* **Accurate Setting Descriptions:** Review Intensity carries its own description, and the role shown on an invitation landing page matches the role in the invitation email.

### Platform

* **A Warning Before You Hit the Character Limit:** Every text entry point tells you when your input approaches the 20,000-character ceiling, rather than truncating without notice.
* **Notifications Retried Reliably:** A notification that needs retrying is delivered on the retry.
* **Consistent Typography:** Fonts are consistent across every page.
