### Digital Twin

* **People Inside Every Workspace:** The Workspaces edition of the Blueprint shows the people who belong to each workspace as avatars within their slice, with admins nearer the centre. Undiscovered and no-access units can now be hidden through the same show-hide filter as any other unit.

* **v2.6-001 · Process-Level Metadata in Its Own Side Drawer:** Objective, business impact, frequency, estimated volume, total duration, teams, people, systems, abbreviations, key documents and pain points are now captured for the process as a whole, not just step by step. Most of it fills in automatically from the steps you have already described, and all of it stays editable from the Canvas View.
* **v2.6-002 · Version History You Can Roll Back To:** Edits are grouped into versions built on top of the activity log. Browse what changed and who contributed, expand a version to see the individual edits inside it, and restore an earlier version when you need to. Restores are non-destructive — the state you came from is never lost.
* **v2.6-003 · Durations as a Range, With Waiting Time Counted Separately:** A step can carry a minimum and maximum duration in whichever unit fits, and the wait between one step and the next is recorded independently of the time spent actually performing the work. Processes reflect how long things realistically take rather than a single optimistic figure.
* **v2.6-004 · A Welcome Flow That Asks About the Process:** Before drafting your steps, Opus asks how often the process runs, roughly what volume it handles, what it is meant to achieve and what happens if it goes wrong. Anything it can already tell from your uploaded documents it confirms rather than asks, every question can be skipped, and the answers land straight in the process side drawer.
* **v2.6-005 · Several People in the Same Step at Once:** Locking now works at field level rather than step level, so a colleague can open a step you are working in and edit the fields you are not. Only the exact field in use is held.
* **Chat Respects the Same Field Locks:** Editing a step field through Opus Chat honours the field-level lock the canvas uses, so a value someone else is actively typing into is never overwritten from the chat side.
* **v2.6-006 · A Minimap for Large Processes:** A minimap in the bottom-right corner of the Canvas View shows your whole process at a glance, with a marker for the part you are currently looking at. Click to jump somewhere, drag the marker to pan, scroll to zoom, or drag out a region to zoom straight into it. It is on by default, and once you change that the preference is remembered.
* **Move Between a Process and Its Sub-Processes:** Linked sub-processes are reachable directly from the parent process, and back again, without leaving the canvas.
* **v2.6-007 · Deleting a Step Through Chat Completes First Time:** Name the step you want gone and the deletion goes through.
* **Reorder Steps on the Interview View:** Steps can be reordered directly on the Interview View, and removing a step using the Opus Chat suggestion chips completes as expected.
* **Dependable Chat Actions:** Actions you ask for in Opus Chat apply to the canvas reliably.
* **Build a Canvas From an Uploaded Document:** Applying a detailed process from a supporting document populates the canvas with the steps that document describes, replacing the placeholder steps you started with.
* **Several Files at Once:** Uploading multiple supporting files together processes cleanly, and the conversation picks up correctly with single files afterwards.
* **Decision Branches You Can Tell Apart:** Connections stay clearly distinguishable when a decision node carries several conditions.
* **Chat Confirms Which Step It Is Changing:** When your prompt does not name a step, Opus asks which one you mean rather than quietly applying the change to whichever step happens to be selected.
* **v2.6-008 · Downloads Named After the Process:** PNG and Markdown exports carry the process name in the filename, so a folder of downloads is easy to tell apart.
* **v2.6-009 · Corrected Duration Label:** A spelling error in the Duration column under More Info has been fixed.

### Build

* **v2.6-010 · Workflow Changes Save Reliably:** Edits made in the workflow builder persist as expected.
* **The Current Date and Time at Runtime:** A toggle on Date types resolves to the moment the workflow actually runs, rather than a value fixed when you built it.
* **Agent and Version IDs You Can Copy:** The agent version table shows both the agent ID and the agent version ID with a copy action, the same way workspace and organization IDs already work.
* **Copy Node Content as Markdown:** A button on each node copies its content as Markdown, ready to paste into a document or ticket.
* **Copy Every Variable at Once:** A single action on a code node copies its full set of variable names and IDs.
* **v2.6-011 · Reliable OCR on PDFs:** Optical character recognition completes on PDF inputs instead of stopping with an internal error.
* **Large File Batches:** The input node accepts batches well past its previous ceiling, so uploads of 150 files and more go through.
* **Lists as Integration Inputs:** Using a List as an input variable type on an integration node works as expected.
* **Date Formats Survive Execution:** A custom date format configured in the builder is kept through the run rather than being replaced with the standard ISO format.
* **v2.6-012 · Every Branch Out of a Sub-Workflow Is Visible:** Multiple conditional outputs from a sub-workflow node are drawn distinctly instead of overlapping on a single point.
* **Sub-Workflows Keep Their Configuration:** Creating a sub-workflow from inside the technical canvas preserves the integration and code node configuration it contains.
* **Output Variables Listed With Inputs:** Selecting a node shows its output variables alongside its inputs.
* **Reused Marketplace Agents Keep Their Instructions:** Pulling an agent back in from the Agent Marketplace carries its original instruction and detail rather than arriving blank.
* **Agents Connect for New Users:** A newly signed-up user can connect and configure an Agent node from the Agent Marketplace straight away.
* **Told When a Node Cannot Ingest:** The builder tells you when a node fails to take in its input, rather than leaving the outcome unclear.
* **Readable Integration Validation:** Configuration problems on an integration are explained in plain language instead of surfacing as an internal error.
* **Flexible Web Search Model Names:** The OpenAI Web Search integration accepts model names in any casing.
* **Distinct Files From Code Nodes:** Generating a file from a code node with a variable name produces the correct file each time.

* **Assign Human Review to Process Owners and Job Reviewers:** Human Review tasks can be assigned to both roles.
* **v2.6-013 · Accurate Execution Timings:** Long-running executions report their real duration on the Cases view rather than a repeated fixed value.
* **Create a Case Wherever Workflows Are Active:** The create-case flow finds your organization's active workflows instead of reporting that none exist.
* **Connected Code Utilities:** An active connected Code Utility now redirects to the right workflow URL. Every workflow where Code Utilities are used is listed on the Workflows tab.

### Optimize

* **Regenerate Score and Policy Insights:** Regenerating a score or a policy insight completes rather than failing quietly.
* **Agents Recover From Malformed Output:** When a model returns output an agent cannot read, the agent falls back cleanly instead of failing the run.
* **Agent Skills Resolve During Execution:** The skills active on an agent are picked up correctly while it runs.

### Govern

* **A Reworked Members Page:** The members table now shows each person's organization role and org unit, and clicking anywhere on a row opens their details. A second tab lists every outstanding invitation across the organization — pending, expired and declined — with resend and revoke on each.
* **A Full History of Access Changes:** Every invitation, role change and workspace addition or removal is now retained, so how someone came to have the access they have is answerable.
* **Resent Invitations Carry the Updated Role:** Change a role before resending an invitation and the new role is what gets applied on acceptance.
* **One Role by Default:** A new user in the central workspace receives a single appropriate role rather than several at once.
* **Tag and Filter the File Library by Org Unit:** Files and folders can carry one or more org unit tags, shown as badges in both list and grid views, so a large shared library narrows down to one department's documents in a click. Uploader profile pictures now appear on file cards too.
* **Organization Switches Handled Across Tabs:** Switching organization in one tab no longer leaves resources open in another tab showing an error, and the policy tab stays available afterwards.

### API

* **Process Detail and Organization Integration Setup Endpoints:** New endpoints return the full detail of a discovered process, and create integrations and credentials at organization level.
